Q. What time is check-in and check-out?
A. Check-In is after 3:00pm and Check-Out is before 11:00am

Q. How do I receive the key, directions, etc.? How do I get my security deposit back?

A. After total payment is received, the packet will be sent to the address you have included. When you return from Mexico, send the key back to the address of the envelope, and your deposit will be mailed back to you within 15 days.

Q. The rate of $175.00 nightly is for when?
A. Mid week in Casa Ciao or Casa Carino for a party of 4 or less including children. Non Season - Depending on availability.

A. Rates are located above on the Rates page
Q. Any deposits or cleaning fees
A. Yes the only deposit is $250.00 to $300.00 per stay. It is normally fully refundable.
    There is a 55.00 cleaning fee.
Q. What are the differences between Casa Allegra & Casa Serena
A. None they are side by side identical
 
Q. What are the differences between Casa Ciao & Casa Carino
A. Casa Ciao is a little larger home with a larger living room. They are also side by side.
 
Q. Can I bring my small dog or cat with me.
A. No sorry no pets whatsoever at anytime. If you do bring a Pet you will forfeit your security deposit.
